‼️CANCELLATION POLICY‼️

From January 1st 2025 I am bringing in the following cancellation policy for all boarding bookings. This year I have lost over £1500 due to last minute cancellations. I am a very lenient and understanding person and I know it can’t be helped if people are unwell and are no longer going away and don’t need me to board their dogs etc but this is my livelihood and I count on having that income to be able to pay my bills like you all do! When cancellations are made last minute I am unable to then fill those spaces and more often than not I have already turned dogs away for those same dates which is frustrating. Therefore I am bringing in the following policy for all bookings from 1.1.2025.

Any boarding booking that is cancelled with less than 4 weeks notice will require a 50% payment of the total stay’s cost.

Any boarding booking that is cancelled with less than 1 weeks notice will require a 100% payment of total stay’s cost.

I’m sure you will all understand.
