It's not their fault and there is nothing they can do to stop your neighbors from using them in celebration. Most Florida law enforcement agencies will not respond to this type of service call.

For Caturday breakfast, I shared Vanilla Greek Yogurt with the formerly annoying grabby furless kitten. He’s not annoying as much anymore. He shares nummies with me and lets me in and out the front door to my sun patch on the porch.
