After the gates being open for only an hour, all our lovely raffle prizes were gone so Shelley came to the rescue and went and brought more😂🙈 Who knew a doggy raffle was so popular!!, anything to spoil our dogs ey! 😉
Thank you to everyone who took part in our Raffle and Jar of Treats. The support from friends, family and new friendly faces was just amazing today🥰 but a huge thank you to Shelley who actually came up with this idea and her daughter Millie for lending an extra pair of hands! 🤩

Although it feels extremely weird being quiet as a few people are on holiday or have broken up for the school holidays, it’s been lovely to have the spare time to get some training done with Finn.
As some of you may know, Finn is dog and human reactive and we have been working so hard on helping him feel more comfortable around them. Although we have seen a huge improvement, things like this does take a lot of time.
I took Finn to a small area where I knew we could see dogs but had the ability to move away if needed. He did so well, until a dog came bounding over and even though I tried walking in the other direction, it still followed🙈
It’s very frustrating when this happens because it makes dogs that are reactive take 10 steps backwards in all the hard work and progress they were making. I appreciate the dog was only trying to say hello and it’s just being friendly but that still doesn’t make it okay. This is way recall is sooo important, for your dogs safety and those around them. Luckily the dog got the hint when Finn did react. However, a sorry would of been nice🙈
But we managed to end it on a high note and practice his ‘Stay’ work! But better luck next time 🤙🏻🐶💗
I was trying to film Freddie and Millie playing but it turned into evidence of Freddie getting super muddy after I told the owner the fields where fine 😂🙈
He only got groomed this morning😂🙈

Here’s a quick snippet of Ruby and her loose lead walking 😍⭐️
She was positively rewarded whilst the lead was loose and than we gradually weaned out how often the treats were given to build up the duration of her loose lead walk😍
Whilst Ruby was absolutely smashing it, I do have to practice my handling skills. Holding a phone, the lead and then treating her for her amazing work was a lot to try and juggle around with. But practice makes perfect😍🐶⭐️💗
