🚩🚩🚩🚩 If a dog trainer uses a shock collar to stop a dog from jumping on you, please select a different trainer. I’m not opposed to e collars or other aversives. I use them. I am not a force-free positive trainer. But ThAT is LAZY dog “training” & a good way to break down the trust between the human and the dog. Learn better. Do better.

There’s an elephant in the room I want to address.
Australian Shepherds.
This is a herding breed. A working dog.
I have been called soooo much lately about them biting people or other dogs.
It’s difficult for this breed to live in a neighborhood & stay mostly inside & never go anywhere & have a healthy, happy, fulfilled life. If you still think this is your breed, please research what this dog needs to thrive.
Some are completely fine. Sure. But I don’t think it’s a coincidence that I keep getting so many calls with the same problem with the same breed.
