This is Charlie, he’s a short haired Abyssinian mix. He’s super friendly and soft. This guy got out yesterday afternoon in Pinehurst on Main Street. Please keep an eye out, his family loves and misses him greatly.

Word is that we don’t have any kittens….. Good news, we have PLENTY! The kitties pictured range from 4-9 months old and these aren’t all of them. If interested in adding one of these beautiful furbabies to your house please message or text 2084467131 to get an adoption application. Most will have to be preadopted until sterilized. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, at least first vaccine, microchip, deworming and flea/tick treatment.

Hey there!!!! Yes, you!!
We found our furever homes! This is the best news because that opens our foster homes up to take in more babies, which have been filled already. Our new foster brothers and sisters have told us some stories and the only thing they want is a permanent home with plenty of food, water, toys and LOVE! They don’t think that is a lot to ask for being all the entertainment and love they will be returned.
We will be at Kellogg, ID Tractor Supply Co with LOTS of kittens for preadoption.
Please come visit us on Saturday 6/29 from 10-?and see if one of our new friends will fit in your heart! 💜

These cute babies did not get adopted this past weekend. They will be able to go home on 6/28. They are up for pre-adoption. Adoption fee is $120 for one or $200 for two. Three boys and one girl(lighter colored siamese). Please text or messgae us if interested. And adoption application will be required as well as part of the adoption fee. I walk my owners all along the trail from Smelterville to Osburn. I know my mom is ugly crying and freaking out because she dearly loves me. I know my dad is super concerned too. These are the reasons we need you continued support!
A kitty owner reached out to get her kitty fixed at one of the veterinary offices in the valley. I explained how it worked and she was verry happy for the assistance. She works two jobs and still needed help getting her kitty fixed.
On Tuesday the kitty became ill and had to be taken into the vet. The owner used her money she had saved to pay her portion for the surgery, but was still short. We offered to help her. On Friday she had to take the kitty back in because there was NO improvement and may have been worse. On Saturday they had to rush the kitty to the vet where she was humanely euthanized because she had become very sick and was suffering.
We ended up helping this owner make the best decisions for her kitty even though she lost her furry friend. If we were not in a place to help the people and their kitties in the community, this kitty would have suffered and died at home.
We appreciate everyone who has helped and continues to help this tiny foster and donation based rescue 501-C3 organization.

We placed her in a different foster home(short term) because a foster-brother and sister were picking on her. Please, if you have a place for a very sweet adult kitty. A huge thank you to all who attended our annual Dirty Kitty Fundraiser. We nearly doubled last years total proceeds. $6000 was raised this year. $4200 came from our auction and the whole days bar profits. And another $1800 in checks written to Silver Valley Cat Wranglers.

However, please continue to donate if you can. The $6000 raised is a fraction of what is needed for spay/neuter requirements and care for homeless cats. You can drop off donations at Dirty’s all year long, or with Juli Zook or Rene Gilbert.

We will be making a Facebook post shortly naming all of the integral volunteers who donated their time, and all the people and businesses that donated auction items.

Please help us help you! We currently have a couple appointments left for 4/15. We will be scheduling appointments at least once a month. When left unmanaged, community cat colonies can continue to grow and eventually overwhelm the resources in the area where they live. TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) is a best practice for managing cat colony populations. When cats are brought in for TNR, they are spayed or neutered and vaccinated against FVRCP and rabies. Each cat will have its left ear tipped which is a universal indicator that it has been altered. Then, the cats are returned to their home to live happy and healthy outdoors.
