I've wanted to add nutrition to The Big Brain's arsenal for years... (a) to ensure I'm getting it right for our Home Team and those on the Visitors bench and (b) to validate my long held belief that what goes into their bowls (and tummies) will make or break their health span, optimize recovery (from injury, surgery and/or exercise stress) and that malnutrition is the one of the key factors for chronic re-injury cycles.
I couldn't be happier with the education, feedback and resources I now have on the desk to keep everyone on all 4s and feeling GRRREAT!
