To be fair to all our customers we operate on a first in first serve basis. We do not hold or reserve corals for anyone unless full payment is arranged via PM within 48hrs. We take pride in how well we pack our corals for transit and they can usually last up to 72hrs in transit comfortably but we recommend next day is the most ideal time frame for shipping any livestock. (We have many customers who still buy from us even though they are outside of the next day area and we are yet to have had any issues of corals arriving DOA so far)
DOA POLICY (dead on arrival)
If you are in the next day network we will replace or issue a credit for any livestock that arrives dead, dying or damaged in transit. We can not issue refunds for postage costs only livestock. Destinations outside of the Australia post next day network CAN NOT be guaranteed by us to arrive safely due to the unknown amount of time it will take to your destination. If the customer chooses to take the risk outside of the AUSTRALIA POST NEXT DAY NETWORK CoraLink will not be held responsible for any losses of coral or livestock. No REFUND or REPLACEMENT will be issued for outside of the next day network. Shipping is $28
