One of the most frustrating aspects of our job is pet owners who do not read the instructions we send in every email and then say “I didn’t know”. If you read the instructions, you will know how every aspect of your visit with us will go. You will know all of the fees and services we offer. You will know where to go, where to park, what you should have ready to go over with our staff, how to take care of your pet after surgery, and especially the times to check in and out. Please take time to read the instructions!

FYI: Feeding bread causes permanent damage to ducks and geese. They develop angel wing. They can not migrate or fly to avoid predators. PLEASE DO NOT FEED BREAD to ducks and geese. Cracked corn, corn, peas, mealworms, romaine lettuce, watermelon, grapes CUT into pieces, cantaloupe……are a few good options!
