As a Customer Service Rep you are responsible for making sure their team is delivering an exceptional client experience every day!
You will be making recommendations for services and products aligned with our clients and pets lifestyle.
Must be able to work schedule, clinics are on Saturday and have reliable transportation.
Must enjoy and be comfortable working with primarily dogs and cats of all sizes, temperaments and breeds, including handling and lifting animals as necessary.
Present professional appearance and positive conduct.
Punctuality and dependability highly valued.
Able to work independently without direct supervision.
Standing, walking, and moving about for prolonged periods of time while outside.

Vet tech/customer service rep/animal lover needed for an outdoor vaccine clinic one Saturday a month in Dorchester County.
We provide convenient and affordable pet health and wellness products and veterinary services to pets and their families. Starting pay is 10/hour. We are currently looking for a tech to join our growing team! The tech provides superior customer service to clients by answering questions and assisting them through the clinic process.
Preparing vaccines
· Holding pets for wellness procedures and sample collection
· Preparing samples for testing
· Collecting payment and reviewing discharge paperwork with clients

Regularly stand for extended periods, and be able to reach and feel with hands and arms. Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Assist the veterinarian during examination of animals, providing restraint as needed in order to
work safely and effectively. Prepare and administer vaccines as prescribed by the veterinarian.
