UTI PSA!

Being an experienced girl dad I easily can tell when a girlie has a UTI and for those of you who aren't as experienced you might not know the signs of a UTI so here are some things to look for - let's begin....

- Most females will have 2-4 UTIs before they turn a year old
- If they p*e in their crates or in the house when they normally don't ✅️
- If you notice some greenish discharge on their girlie part fur ✅️
- If they're continuing to try to p*e but nothing comes out or it's a few drops ✅️✅️✅️
- The best meds for a UTI are Clavamox (my fav) or Doxy. The med cycle is usually 5 days
- You can try the over the counter stuff (cranberry chews, etc) but that stuff doesn't work that good and it takes forever to work so just take your girl to the vet unless you already have meds at home
- Avoid starchy, low grade food like Science Diet, Royal Canin, Iams, and Purina (basically any food that major pet chains carry).

I was contacted about a 9mo female Rottweiler that is in need of a new home because no matter how hard her family tried to make it work this Rottie and the 3yo human in the house just aren't a good fit for each other (it happens so no negative comments about it).

Currently the new house that she's in can't keep her due to some minor behavior issues (resource guarding - which we can get a handle on) and they also just got a puppy which takes a ton of work on it's own.

This text is from the person who reached out to me... "She has basic obedience class training (treat based), great to walk on a leash, loves the pool, loves car rides. Good with kids over the age of eight seems to get along with most dogs has a little bit of toy and food aggression towards other dogs wants to be sweet and looking for her person. She's also crate trained but will whine a little in the morning".

Kai (6mo) is the only dog in 13 years to do a full training session with a bone in her mouth 😂 Her training session was 30m here's 30 sec of it.

One of the many things Vince is here for is absolutely losing his sh*t on the vacuum - this is the very first 30 seconds of our first training session 🤔😀

Thank goodness that MG has board and trains and boarders to keep her occupied for atleast the next few months 😀

Turns out young Bucky is a Planet of the Apes fan 😀

The haters/peeps with agendas/the uneducated will tell you that ecollar training a dog reactive dog will only make them more reactive - Hershey would like a word those peeps 😀
