What happens when someone needs short-term fostering for their pet due to a medical emergency? Semi drivers have accidents on I-80 . . . the elderly sometimes are hospitalized without prior notice . . . We have heard stories of people REFUSING surgery because they didn't have pet care in place.
Paws-itive Partners has a program in a place called "Urgent Short-Term Pet Care Program". The short-term foster parents in this program are the HEART of this program. They selflessly care for a stranger's pet for a short-time while Paws-itive Partners financially provides food/cat litter and other necessities.
If this sounds like a call to your values, your heart and it makes sense with your time and home set-up, we would LOVE to talk to you about applying to be a short-term foster. Please call 308-529-2719 to discuss further. READY to apply? The Foster Application is ATTACHED in the COMMENTS below.
Good news coming about Jones.😁🐱😊

Paws-itive Partners has an Urgent Short-Term Pet Care Program which helps in these situations. All North Platte Giving Year End Donations go to this program. No donation is too small. Thank you and please share.

We had so much fun yesterday seeing all the dogs who came to get their photos taken with Santa. Of course none of this would have been possible without Little Moments Photography for donating her time and expertise in photography, Bobbi Campbell - State Farm Insurance for the water, Malcolm Farms for making treats for the dogs, Garden Glove, Inc for the use of the facility and the wonderful coffee, Diane Morales and Ashlyn Thatcher for the human cookies, and Mike Adamson for being our Santa!
Also thanks to all of our Paws-itive Partners members who volunteered!

What a difference time and TLC makes. Betty Jones appears to be making a great recovery from her car injuries. Betty's adjusted beautifully to the luxury of being an inside cat.🏡👑
