Yesterday was the Day we had all been waiting for : the Chamoionship Match 🏆 Who would take home the gold? Ricky Bobby weighing in as the leading champion, winning all his rounds with clean finishes. Bobby, the underdog, was ready to prove himself a worthy challenger. Who would be crowned King of the Chowhounds?? As both pups strolled into daycare that morning, we all knew only one would go home a Winner 🏅
Both pups entered the court, tails a goin’, ready to take down anything put in their way. Unfortunately, Bobby was slightly stunned by the Pupsicle, and this slight delay led to his ultimate takedown 😅 Ricky Bobby took advantage of the extra time to not on lot finish his, but also a bit of his opponents, as well.
Ricky Bobby: you are the Ultimate Chowhound: King of the Eats, Ruler of the Always-Hungrys, and Lord of the Leftovers. Cheers to You!
The Brookline Village daycare will all get to enjoy a Free Milkbone Party on Monday, 4/1 (April Fools Day) in honor of Ricky’s win. Ricky’s teachers also were able to raise the most donations, so they will also be getting a free lunch Monday, courtesy of TDS 😊
The BEST part of it all: $465 raised for WAGS!!!! Heck yeah - use this money to save more lives!
The Semi-Finals were a CLOSE call—- with all participants giving it their all ☺️ the dogs all loved the fruits - definitely a game that was enjoyed by all. Both winners tied at a shockingly fast time of just 2 mins 🤪
In the end— and heading into the Final Championship match— we have :

🥇 Last but certainly not least, the Small Dog Team Competition: a clean sweep. Bobby, like Leo, was READY TO PLAY:: he not only took down his bowl, but also ate part of Koda’s bowl 🙃 what a goof!!!! This is why we love ya, Bobby 😂 Honorable Mention to Koda - for being a very kind opponent and sharing mid-completion ☺️
Leo, from the Dog Den, came to school hungry: both for fish, food, and victory! 😝 He had his game face on, and came in with a clean win. Winston found himself torn between wearing the fish and eating the fish — in the end, the former won 😂 Hats off to both!
⚡️Similar to Brookline Village, Allston Team participants were essentially a tie - the match went to the panel of judges for a second opinion. Upon review, judges found Gatsby to be the Winner, as Rizzo managed to leave behind several kibbles on the floor. 🤭😉 Kudos to Gatsby, and Honorable Mention to Rizzo, who gave him a real challenge! 🏆
Brookline Village contestants really gave it their all today - both participants were neck and neck the entire competition. In the end, Ricky Bobby was able to clear the bowl seconds ahead of opponent Argo, for a very close Win 🥇 Enjoy!
Correction* Ricky Bobby came at those veggies like a spider monkey. He is more than ready for this Competition. He found this round to be a breeze - he’s looking forward to his next takedown 🏆

…Coolidge Corner was Neck to Neck - with Percy & Winston holding a tie at 0️⃣ . Then, out of no where, Winston finally mustered enough courage to take down just under half a baby carrot 🥕 for the Win 🥇 Cheers to Both participants to putting on an entertaining Game 😉
