If you have a problem feline but aren't sure what the next step to take is, don't worry. Our service includes a free initial phone or email consultation. This includes letting you know what your first steps should be, a few question
s about your feline's behavior problem and their past behavior, and answering any questions you may have about bringing in a behaviorist. Once both parties have decided a home consultation is necessary, a meet date can be set. Fees:
Initial consultation: Free
Initial home visit: $50
Follow up home visits: $25
Follow up calls/emails: $20 after the first two follow up calls
Full Service Pet Sitting
The Finicky Feline also offers petsitting to cats, dogs, pocket pets, even fish. All sit dates must be scheduled in advance, but I can often take short-notice dates as well. All sitting will be done at the client's home, and sorry, no overnights (I have pets too!). I am a vet assistant/vet tech with four years experience in the veterinary field. I'm pre-vet at PSU and hoping to go to veterinary school. I can give oral or injectable medications, subq fluids, or medically assist your pet in many other ways while you are gone. I used to work in an emergency animal hospital as well, so I have experience in knowing if you pet needs more urgent care. I usually have time to spend several hours a day with your pet, or visit a few times to feed, give medications, or anything else they might need. I hope to have a calendar up soon to show my availability, but for now, just email or call and I'm happy to let you know if I'm free on the dates you need. Fees:
$30/day - includes all pets
+$15/day if medication is needed (including subq fluids)
+$10/day if daily walks are needed
$10/pet nail trims - for dogs and cats! One time fee if you'd like me to do this while you are gone. I reserve the right to deny a trim to any animal who refuses. If that happens you will be refunded. While I'm sitting you can request daily updates of how your pet is doing by text or email, and I'm also happy to take pictures to send you while you are gone! You will know immediately of any emergency to arise, and all emergency care instructions will be asked for before you leave.
