Dear Pure Paws clients,
I am sad to announce that I will no longer be a distributor for this company. The customer service has been lacking of late and I cannot get products that are needed for my clients in a timely manner. I know with the pandemic products have been in short supply, with costs of products , ingredients and shipping continuously going up. I have tried to advocate for my customer base but it has become an impossible task.
This has made it impossible for me to continue to offer a quick turnaround for myself and clients. I have always prided myself on great customer service, and same day shipping for most orders. This has become a huge concern for awhile and while I tried my best to stay on top of orders, it has become an ongoing issue that the company hasn’t or won’t address. I cannot continue to work with a company that has little to no stock and doesn’t respond in a timely manner.
Dani, Martha and Jimena who have run the warehouse for years and filled every order are the best and while I know it’s not their fault, the company itself has gone down and now with all of them leaving the company, without these ladies in charge I fear it’s only going to get worse.
