A fabulous week in Norfolk classes! Week 4 possible now it’s cooled down ! ☀️

And a slight change of plan as poor Bianca (Lilys mum) has done herself a boo boo! 🧑‍⚕️so couldn’t hold lilys lead so Dan stepped in and helped with Lily! And Steph taught the class this week!

Starting with; watch me - a game all about eye contact. Then moving onto our ‘wait’ activity. And learning a release cue. Then dans favourite activity ;
Novel object Socialisation! Building confidence and optimism with new and unusual objects! And finishing with our formal handling; getting dogs used to being touched all over - learning what’s usual and normal for your dog and what might not be!

For friendly small and medium breeds - Puppies etc.
Socialisation in a fully enclosed 2 acre field. These experiences are monitored by a fully qualified trainer. The trainer will talk you through whats happening and assess each dog's needs and behaviour, to ensure the dynamic of the group works. This may not suit all dogs and unsuitable dogs will be removed and alternate arrangements made. Please keep your distance from others until intros are done.

Smaller rescues usually have less resources and little to no in house training for before or even after adoption. This beautiful girl is Lily ❤️ previously we trained their other dog Meg who is now known as the Marvelous Meg. Now it is Lily's turn. She likes to take herself for a walk and only come back when she fancies. So in our first session we worked on creating a boundary outside of their home. She is not permitted to come off the grass onto the road. If you’d appreciate some help with any behaviours you’re wanting to work on; please get in touch! 💌
