Happy Monday, friends!

We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates happening at Dirty Dog, Inc. As many of you know, we’ve been navigating some unexpected challenges recently. Here’s a full update on what’s been going on and what’s ahead for us!

New Bathing Area with Enhanced Features

Earlier this year, we discovered that faulty construction from last spring had caused extensive damage to our bathing area. Unfortunately, this led to a longer closure than anticipated while we tackled the necessary repairs. However, the silver lining is that we’ve rebuilt the area with some incredible upgrades!

We’re excited to introduce our new lift tub! This tub is designed to provide a safer and more comfortable experience for large breeds, elderly pups, and our hardworking groomers.

Online Booking is Live for Existing Clients

We’re happy to announce that online booking is back! While our previous system had its challenges, we’ve made significant updates to ensure a smoother experience. Existing clients can now book appointments online with ease. Please note:

*New clients and Liz’s clients will need to contact us directly to schedule appointments.

We’re confident this improved system will make scheduling easier for everyone!

Updated Payment Options

In response to increasing credit card processing fees, we’ve made some adjustments to our payment policies to keep our pricing competitive. Here’s what’s changing:

*We will no longer offer invoices or card-on-file charges.

*Prices have been adjusted slightly to offset card processing costs.

*Save 3% by paying with cash or check!

These changes will help us maintain the high-quality service you expect from us while offering savings to those who choose alternative payment methods.

Reminder: Late/Cancellation Policy Updates

To make things easier, your reminder texts are now sent a day earlier. Please double-check the date and time in your reminders and cancel within the 48-hour window to avoid no-show fees.

If you've been in for an appointment over the last couple weeks, you may have noticed a new face in the Dirty Dog family. Please welcome our newest team member, Maddi!

Maddi has been grooming for 4+ years. Her favorite breed to work with are shih tzus, but she is a lover of all breeds! We're really excited to have her join our team. She's compassionate, patient, talented and a little silly, just like the rest of us! If you notice a cute new accessory on your pup at pickup, you can thank Maddi for the extra details.

Maddi has fairly open holiday availability at this point, but that will start filling up quickly! We now will be able to offer later evening appointments with Maddi, starting in December. Next time your in with your pup, be sure to say hi!
