Sweet, cuddly, and ready to retire, Ophelia is a 10-year-old chihuahua and pug mix up for adoption through Muttville.

Here are some notes from her foster:

"Ophelia is such a sweetie pie. Though blind and deaf, she has a really good sense of her surroundings all things considered. She’s a very curious pup and loves sniffing all over – inside and out. She will take a day or two to adjust to her new home during which time she really gets her steps in sniffing around.

Ironically, she loves to walk about but on an actual “walk” seems to have mixed feelings. She’ll walk just fine outdoors but will stop to sniff as she pleases for as long as she pleases, so in my experience it’s not a very speedy walk. She gets along well with anyone – kids, humans, and dogs alike (I’m sure cats or other animals as well – just haven’t seen it) – and doesn’t get alarmed easily.

When left alone, she’ll sniff about or take a nap on her bed or a blanket. She does potty on a more frequent basis, but less as she’s gotten in the swing of a routine at my home and she takes a couple minutes outside to wander before she ever does the deed. Ophelia would be a great addition to your home – you’ll love hearing her little pug-like sniffs around the house and giving her cuddles."

Cosmo is an out of the world fellow searching for a pet parent that has some experience with cats. He's comfortable with older children and teens, but would prefer to be in a home without dogs.

Here are a few notes about Cosmo:
"Cosmo is looking for a home where he can relax, open up, and engage in some pleasant conversation!

This sweet guy is an excellent communicator and will gladly tell you what he wants. Playtime? He’ll put his paw on his toy and give you a nice meow!

Snuggles? Cosmo taps your shoulder with his paw and then gets comfortable! Just looking for a chat? He’ll happily tell you all about his day! He also warms up to new people pretty quickly, asking for more pets.

Cosmo needs treatment for arthritis and currently needs a fiber supplement in his food."
