Apologies for the lack of content lately- the humans are busy and in the middle of renovating and moving- but the little hippos are doing well!

Zuul has been staying with her bestie Baby Doris, and boys are taking it easy, good time to hibernate I suppose lol

We'll be sure to get back into the swing of things soon

We had a miracle happen today.
We received news early this morning that a
special singleton baby puppy girl was born in New Zealand.
She is absolute perfection.
Mum and bubba are doing amazing and she is already so loved by her breeders.
Let her shine and her future be bright.
Congratulations to our friends at OnGuard Neapolitan Mastiffs.

Today was a day of firsts for us Monaciellos.
After much encouragement from friends, I went ahead and booked in classes for scent work with girl dog.
This was a first time ever activity for me, for Zuul and attempting this with our Neapolitan Mastiffs.
For our first class, I can honestly say I was blown away at how Zuul handled everything- the work space, being with a new person (our instructor) and the activity that was presented to her.
Our instructor Holly Floyd was brilliant. She was welcoming and with her knowledge and experience, made me feel confident and that was evident in how zuul performed.
Thank you again for a wonderful morning of learning.

Like many of you, we researched the Neapolitan Mastiff breed for a few years, before we finally felt ready to welcome our first puppy- Ripley, into our family.
It was an amazing time for us and she was the beginning of our adventure... and we've never looked back.
In the 10 years or so that we've been involved in the breed, we have Champion Titled many and shown at major events, such as the Sydney Royal.
Our Mastino have been appreciated and examined by local and international judges.
We have received compliments, critiques and feedback, which we always love to hear.
We have done various media, public relation, and breed stall promotions with our Mastino.
We have travelled between states to compete and made many friends along the way.
And we also gained our prefix and had our litters.
We try to showcase as much as we can to our friends and followers, what life is truly like living with Neapolitan Mastiffs and in doing so, we love to engage with our supporters...

Australian Champion Monaciello Dominic Decoco...
It's interesting to see the growth and maturity in the last 2 years, especially with a giant breed.
He will continue to grow and bulk up until about 4 years of age.
Dom is an incredibly special dog to us... and a very big part of our family.
Plus, I just think he is the most adorable looking creature!!! Hehe!

Evening stroll in our favourite little mountains village- Ktown- Katoomba. We also sneaked a visit to Petbarn for some pats and treaties. 💕🐾🤭✨️

Street walks with the girl. This is all part of getting her used to a diffrerent neighbourhood- taking in the all the sights and smells. She did amazing, especially considering we encountered council workers doing their thing and using all their noisey equipment. She so sassy lol Windsor Mall 🤩🤩🤩

Girls just want to have fun!!! Zuul spent the morning with her bestie Stella and her mum Klaartje Stroop from K9 Instinct. We're getting pretty good at this agility thing. Can't thank Claire enough for the footage 😂🥰🌟🐾

Guess who tried hydro for the first time!!! Zuulie girl!!! She loved it so much, we may need to make it a regular thing hehe. The confidence in this girl 🥰🥰🥰 We've found what makes her happy and relaxed- give her a job and she excels!!!
