Kennel Cough has been going around recently in the Mat-Su Valley, so we want to share some information with you! This infectious bronchitis is contagious and is often spread in places like doggie daycare, boarding facilities, grooming, training and other places where multiple dogs may gather.

If your dog is coughing they may need a veterinary exam.
Please talk to your clinic about their policies when it comes to these visits, as they may want you to leave your pet in the car until it is time to go right into the exam room.
(This can help prevent contact with other pets, to prevent spreading.)

We will be open tomorrow, Christmas Eve, from 8am-1pm.

Newman was a perfect boy for his ear cleaning today. 😊

Pets can show multiple signs of ear infections including head shaking, pawing or scratching at ears, redness, irritation and discharge. If you have any of these concerns it may be time for a checkup!

November is National Pet Diabetes Month!
It’s important to know the basic signs of diabetes in your pet and get them checked out if they exhibit them. Early treatment is best and can keep your pet healthier and happier in the long run.
