Another Budgie Care Tip!🐦

Like humans (even the introverts), budgies get lonely.

Noooooo, we're not telling you this just to get you to buy another Budgie from us (we'll have more soon!). Seriously, budgies are social animals and interaction and activity are important to their well-being.

If you cannot immediately afford to replace/ purchase another budgie, a mirror can work as a temporary alternative. Position the mirror in a place that is safe for the budgie (we don't want it potentially falling and hurting it). Your budgie will begin interacting with it's reflection but remember this is just a temporary measure.

While your budgie may not die from the loneliness, its behavior will definitely express how it is feeling.

🐦Introducing Budgie Care Tips! 🐦

While budgies are easy to care for, there are a few useful tips we have to offer to help you when(or even before) you encounter difficulties or just simply want to give your budgie a better living experience 🥰.

Our first tip is as a result of incidents we've encountered personally. We recommend using tie twists on every entry point of your store bought cage, both the doors and the 'windows' for the feeders.

Budgies are smart birds, they will observe you and learn habits and routines.
Our pretties were escaping from their cages but there was no visible means of doing so. Guess what? Our little ones were going to the doors and playing with them. Once they realized the doors were moving, they continued playing with them and eventually escaped.
