Just a note to our clients that we are expecting Christmas bookings to be paid in advance at least 10 days prior to drop off. If the booking is not paid for on time, we will consider it an unconfirmed booking, and advertise a vacancy. We are fully booked for Christmas, and for the last few years last minute cancellation has cost us a lot of money.

Just a quick post to let you know that this week we had a cancellation for two dogs right through the Christmas period, so we have a few pens available if anyone hasn’t got around to booking, or if there is anyone we turned away because we were full that would like to contact us.

PICTURES YOUR POOCH PLEASE
We are very happy to announce that we are expanding our employee numbers, and will be welcoming two new staff members to our team, to substitute for the irreplaceable Tenisha, who has resigned to pursue full time employment opportunities. We wish Tenisha all the best and hope to see her frequently around the farm when she comes to ride horses with us, as well as the occasional grooming and clipping for client dogs, which she will continue to do when time permits.
To facilitate a smooth induction of new staff, we are asking please, if you could Facebook message us a PICTURE of your pooch. We can take pictures when the dogs are dropped off, but as you are probably aware, it is much easier to get a good picture or two, which really capture the essence of your dog, from your picture gallery. This is especially important if you have more than one dog, as working out which dog is which, can sometimes be a challenge if the dog’s admission is done by a different staff member. Our software makes pictures of the dogs easy to retrieve now. Please do not forget to include your name (hopefully name you enrolled the dog with us as Facebook handles and maiden names can confuse us) as well as your dogs name, with the picture.

For the next 14 days from 26 th July I will be unavailable on the kennel phone. Face book messages preferred, and we will try to get this phone to Emily and Tenisha as soon as possible. In the interim Jennifer will be answering calls.

Dear all,

My phone screen had died, so, quite blissfully, I am only contactable when I come back to the house and use my computer.

Just waiting on Saturday night's lotto, and I will replace it.

Otherwise message or text me. I can now get phone texts on my computer.
