PICTURES YOUR POOCH PLEASE
We are very happy to announce that we are expanding our employee numbers, and will be welcoming two new staff members to our team, to substitute for the irreplaceable Tenisha, who has resigned to pursue full time employment opportunities. We wish Tenisha all the best and hope to see her frequently around the farm when she comes to ride horses with us, as well as the occasional grooming and clipping for client dogs, which she will continue to do when time permits.
To facilitate a smooth induction of new staff, we are asking please, if you could Facebook message us a PICTURE of your pooch. We can take pictures when the dogs are dropped off, but as you are probably aware, it is much easier to get a good picture or two, which really capture the essence of your dog, from your picture gallery. This is especially important if you have more than one dog, as working out which dog is which, can sometimes be a challenge if the dog’s admission is done by a different staff member. Our software makes pictures of the dogs easy to retrieve now. Please do not forget to include your name (hopefully name you enrolled the dog with us as Facebook handles and maiden names can confuse us) as well as your dogs name, with the picture.

My phone screen had died, so, quite blissfully, I am only contactable when I come back to the house and use my computer.

Just waiting on Saturday night's lotto, and I will replace it.

Otherwise message or text me. I can now get phone texts on my computer.

Look at the beautiful puppies my daughter bred with one of my kelpies and her boyfriend's AmStaff. Certainly some lookers in there. We love this cross when we have them in at the boarding kennels.🥰🐶🐕 and a litter of 9 that goes to show how healthy cross bred dogs are compared to purebreds, especially out of working breeds.

Just a heads up to our loyal clients. Due to inflationary pressure we are being forced to increase our daily rate.

Bookings made after the 1st July will incur a charge of $25 per night and the booking fee has increased to $10- mainly as the cost of the hessian beds has increased.

This is our first price rise in 7 years and still leaves us, we believe, as the cheapest professional dog boarding in WA.

Thank you to our loyal clients for your continued support. For those of you with well planned holidays, get a booking in before the 1st July 2023 and you will still be at the old rates - even if it a Christmas booking.

We have been busier than normal, and this school holidays past had to turn away several clients as we were full. Please get your bookings in early. We just hate to turn people away, especially good long term clients.

To our valued clients, Since the 2nd October we have been having big technology problems, with Telstra and iinet. As a result, some of you have been billed after you have paid. please accept our appologies of this, and if you have been sent an inappropriate bill let us know as the billing and booking side of the system are not communicating well.
On the other hand we also still have considerable outstanding debts, so please if you could look to clearing those up it would be good.

We are experiencing multiple technical problems, mainly related to telephone, internet.

If you have been emailed a bill, but have paid, especially people that paid cash, can you please let us know, as that part of the system has fallen behind and we a bit confused on a few invoices.
