July 15 our house caught fire all animals were lost except Gremlin the Zen cat. His grandfather broke in to try and save them all but Gremlin was the only one he could reach that was close it was to hot and smoky. He could not see and the heat almost burnt him the 2nd time he went back in. Then the fire just engulfed the place. Gremy told me the heat and smoke got to everyone not the fire. I checked everyone out and the way they were laying was in a sleeping state suggesting they just went to sleep. Also God told me he took them before the fire hit them.
Gremlin was left alive to carry one like us. The outside farm is still here. My service dog and pup in training we had with us as we were out. Gremlin almost died on us but my neighbor and friend did some quick thinking till the ambulance showed up and gave him oxygen. Gremy will carry on this page in memory of them and the OLD DC who started this page. I have always had a Buddha cat in my life more then a Zen cat. BUT God has things happen for a reason and he thinks that right now I need a little Zen. I have my buddha service dog and new pup who I swear is the old DC reincarnated. told him and joked with him he would come back as my new service dog only be a girl lol.
Gremlin is the one cat we always thought and feared if there was a fire would be the one we would lose and be the hardest to get out. as he is not a people cat and when scared dose not come to no one but me an is shy/skiddsh around people at times as in will show himself but not come close. He is a one person cat... and is a few pebbles short from being a normal cat but I am not all their either lol. but he made it for a reason what that reason is I am not sure but I am glad. I have ideals of why but so far besides the pets I have left he has been helping me get through a lot. he is a reminder of all I had and still do have left. Out of the ashes which he is the color of we will rise to be a Phoenix.
