We’re Jodi and Chris Downs, the local owners of Pet Wants TLH South, and we started this business because we saw an opportunity to bring fresh, high-quality food, with convenient, personal delivery, to the community we love.
Pets have always been an important part of our lives. They are members of our family, and we know giving them the best chance to live a long, healthy, and happy life starts with making sure they’re getting the nutrition they need to thrive. After discovering Pet Wants, we took a hard look at what we were feeding our Boxer, Tallulah. We began reading labels and realized how many fillers are in pet food and that the length of time between manufacturing and retail sales inherently creates a long shelf life that depletes even the highest quality food of its nutritional value. Our goal is to provide more than just a promise of “fresh, high-quality food,” by building a community based around education and awareness.
