Since I have been young, animals where always my passion and I always knew I wanted to work with them more then anything in life. I started volunteering at a very young age at different sanctuaries and organizations besides also taking care of my own animals. I always wanted to became a veterinarian but tha
t became impossible due to finances and the course not being offered in Malta but that did not stop me from continuing my dream and study more about animals. Since i was young I did my own research on animals and when I finished secondary school I knew right away where I will be continuing my studies and that was at MCAST Agribusiness. Since I been their I have achieved my CERTIFICATE IN ANIMAL CARE AND HORTICULTURE and recently I just graduated and received my DIPLOMA IN ANIMAL CARE. These courses I took covered many units which are;
Certificate in Animal Care and Horticulture :

o Animal Husbandry
o Horticulture skills
Plus other subjects
Diploma in Animal Care :
o Undertake work experience in the land-based industries. o Maintain animal accommodation
o Plan and monitor animal feeding

o Understanding the principles of animal biology. o Introduction to animal breeds and grooming. o Contribute to the nursing of animals. Plus other subjects
During these courses I have also worked as work experience in different places such as in a professional grooming shop, Horse stables, SPCA, Monte Kristo zoo, government animal department in Ghamieri and many more...
When I was at the grooming shop, the owner who was also my grooming teacher saw my great interest in this kind of work and she thought me many great things. She has also wrote me a recommendation letter. She left in in charge with her equipment when we did an opening day at the institute and I was the only one allowed to shave and trim people's furry babies. I truly believe that animals are not ''Just animals'' but they are also our best friends who are always their for us. This is the reason why I have called it Furry Friends as they are truly our friends and not just pets. My Services ;

I do grooming on cats, dog and rabbits. Clipping is done with a professional clipper as i believe that nothing but the best for my clients and their furry friends. o Non-scratching cat nail tips. (First time being done in Malta)
Very soon I will be offering non-scratching cat nail tips. These help prevent furniture scratching, you and your family from getting scratched( It is ideally for people with diabetics) and also for your cats own health not to scratch itself and cause bleeding. This is more information about them :
They are not permanent. They last for about 4-6 weeks(sometimes longer depending on the cat) until the nails of the cat grow fully back from underneath the nail caps. Then when the nails are to long we would just need to clip them of and one can decide if they wish to do them again for their cats or leave them without the false nails. The price also involves for nail trimming before applying the nails and ear and eye cleaning. They also come in different colors depending on your likings
Always depending on availability but colors come in crystal ice blue, crystal blue, crystal gold, crystal rose, crystal violet, green, lemon yellow, red, blue, orange, purple, pink, yellow, rose red, white and black
