New website for them...it's too bad the breeding practices haven't improved. Still breeding old genetics and just putting out puppies. Commercial breeders are puppy mills...just in it for the money. So very sad for the breeds (Mastiffs and Frenchies now).

March 26th is Purple Day for Epilepsy. Riona, A Mastiffs Life With Epilepsy (Beowulfs Wild Irish Rose) and Fearghas, A Mastiffs Life With Epilepsy (Beowulfs Its Five O'Clock Somewhere) were both bred by Beowulf Mastiffs and were both diagnosed with Epilepsy. We continue to spread awareness about Canine Epilepsy in their memory. We received no support from their breeder and were lied to about previous dogs in their lines that had Epilepsy. That's not how responsible breeders behave. Its very sad for the breed that Beowulf continues to bring puppies into the world.

Ten years ago today, I saw my first seizure. Beowulfs Wild Irish Rose woke me up seizing at 21 months old. Her "breeder" is still at it. This is NOT what responsible breeders do. This is what puppy mills do...mass production of dogs. She's got Frenchies too...very sad for both breeds!

Seven years ago today we lost Riona (Beowulfs Wild Irish Rose). This is one of the days that Riona went to see her father (AM GCH Beowulfs Get A Load of Me-MtW,CGC Wilbur). Riona's grandfather was Grand Seiger Award Multi BIS / BISS Am Can Intl Ch Beowulfs Rockin The Boat CGC "Anchor". There may be a lot of titles for Riona's father and grandfather on their page, but they'll never tell you about Riona. Diagnosed with epilepsy at 21 months and passed away at 4.

I recently learned of another Mastiff bred by Beowulf that is living with Epilepsy. Our experience with Ms. Everett was horrible. Riona, A Mastiffs Life With Epilepsy was diagnosed at 21 months and passed away at 4 years of age. Fearghas was diagnosed at 11 months and passed away three years ago today. Ms. Everett never helped us with anything. She lied to us from the beginning and is continuing to breed the same genetics and continues to run her scam. There is nothing responsible about this "breeder". She makes puppies to make money. Riona and Fearghas' pedigrees are posted. Check out the award-winning Mastiffs that produce Epilepsy! She won't tell you about that. Love and miss you Fearghas!

He absolutely loved the snow! So hard to believe he's been gone three years today. Not a day goes by that we don't think about him. Love and miss you Ferg!
