A little update on life at CPO. We just completed a weekend Master test with Cabo, River & Roxy all passing. Thank you to our good friend Sean Hager for the advice and daily work to make that possible. Old Nate unfortunately has a leg injury that puts him out for duck season. I’m sure all our regular clients & friends are going to miss him in the blind this season. I know I will! But we have been blessed with the next generation thanks to Melissa Lutz. Gus at just under two years old will have the honor to fill Nate’s shoes. Working on scenarios and life on the road now. We got two weeks left till we hit the road for a couple months. Meet CPO’s Razors Edge, Gus.

Experienced duck dog, upland hunter and tracker.

Breeders need not inquire, he is not intact.

Z has a great amount of drive and would require an active hunting / working home.

Will require an experienced handler.

House broke and works well with other dogs in the field.

Will NOT do well with cats or toy breed dogs!

We had a great time at Lowcountry Retriever Clubs inaugural hunt test! The VP of Operations gave it the thumbs up & spread the love. Thank you to the members, landowners & judges for their time and hospitality! It was very well executed, the tests were challenging, the food was outstanding and the hospitality was second to none.

This weekend marked the end of our fall HRC test season. We had a great fall and was concluded with 5 young guns earning their Hunting Retriever Champion Titles!
