We have asked the news, we have appealed, without a lawyer, what do we do but set these cats free outside!!!!
Our family of kitties face eviction unless we reduce our 13 cats to 3. This includes Jesse, a deaf cat we rescued from a desperate situation. Relocating her would be incredibly traumatic. We're exploring legal options but need help raising funds for a lawyer's retainer (estimated $1000-$1500). Any support you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
Baby jesse was left behind by owners and took up residence on someone’s porch. That is where she stayed for years with a little tiny bed that was not even covering her in bad weather assign attached to her bed. Do not feed or give the cat water and sadly completely deaf! When we were called to check out the situation, we set a trap and she walked right in. It was desperate for anyone to help her and what’s funny is after we got her the lady who lives there told us there was a coyote who showed up, we rescued her just in time. It took a while for her, not to be afraid of the other cats and Jeff, but once she warmed up, she now think Jeff is her daddy and she loves her little family of kitties please we’re asking you to help us retain this lawyer so their lives will not be uploaded in traumatized we need your help
