Aussie Miniature Pig Breeders
Mini pigs are in huge demand from families living on lifestyle blocks on the outskirts of towns and cities. Pigs are intelligent, loving, personality driven pets who can be trained and socialised to be part of the family. However they aren’t for everyone, unlike the urban myth Australian Mini pigs will never fit in a tea cup not even at birth. The term mini is in relation to their commercial sized cousins. A full sized Aussie Mini will grow to 45-60cm tall and weigh 40-70kg if they are not overfed. That’s about the size of a Labrador on the plump side.
We at Happy Little Pigs offer pigs that are raised in an environment of love with plenty of exposure to children, dogs, chickens, goats, sheep etc. Our pigs will only be sold to people on a minimum of 1 acre as pigs love to explore and have some room to move. Most local councils ban or restrict mini pigs from blocks smaller than one acre in size. We can assist with training and raising tips and guidance.
We have invested wisely in good breeding stock from some of Australia’s top breeding lines. Our piglets are $750 (sows or boars). This includes: vet check, de-sexing, micro-chipping, vaccination, worming and a Plevac vaccine for pigs.
