Mr Candyfloss Cats in action 💪 Quinn belongs to our neighbour. She is an indoor cat who goes out to play in her garden if the weather is nice. She never goes far and is always back indoors within an hour. Last week she never came back. The next morning whilst checking my sheds for her I heard a plaintive meow. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from though so her mama Rosie and I combed the back gardens looking for her. No luck but we could HEAR her. Since the noise was very intermittent it was like listening out for a smoke alarm in someone’s house.. where is it? Wait for an entire minute.. there it is again! She was finally spotted and look how high up she was! The cats whose territory she was on held her at bay all night and all of the next day. When Craig came home from work we carried the ladder round and he clambered up and was able to hook her collar.. whilst scrabbling for balance she slashed his hand pretty good by way of a thank you 😅 Quinn rescued and a happy cat mama. This week was a bit dramatic for our fluffy Persian Francis. He had vomited some blood overnight and needed to see a vet. We let his owners know straight away and arranged for him to go to Ashley Vets in Anniesland. Sarah took him, brought him home and we’ve been administering his new medication. He seems totally well now thankfully after giving us all a scare 😊 When your cat is in our care, he or she becomes OUR cat and we do everything we can to help so you can relax on your holiday. Good job Sarah!
