Founded in 2010 by two veterinarians in Arizona who set out to answer one question, "How can we make pet food healthier, and more similar to human food?"

The Vet's Kitchen is a small team of veterinary medical professionals and an executive chef. Not satisfied with the ingredients in commercial pet food, we decided to challenge the current state of pet nutrition and explored the best possible so

urces for pet food ingredients. Commercial dog kibble has its place and has given us a wealth of information over the past 50 years. According to the Royal Canin's 2013 Dog Owners Survey, 56% of respondents conveyed that nutritional factors are the primary reason they choose their pet's food, which means that pet parents today need to be educated about the latest pet nutrition facts and food trends. Talking about organic, grain-free, even possibly vegan or raw pet food, is not out of the ordinary. It's common lingo and all the pet parents are paying close attention. Our journey began by formulating cutting-edge, nutritionally balanced recipes together with a veterinary nutritionist, and constantly developing new, healthy and organic pet food recipes. By using whole protein, fresh fruits and vegetables and all other natural ingredients that are high in essential fatty acids, vital live enzymes, antioxidants and friendly bacteria, we are providing our pets with complete nutrition. This ensures optimal health and longevity for all our pets. We currently have 22 regular maintenance diets and we can make a custom recipe for just about any medical condition or preference.
