AI, Bluetooth, a self driving car… what’s next? The hands-free dog?!🦮 It’s easy to fall into this trap of freedom and convenience. Thing is, when you apply this sort of disengagement to the relationship you have with your dog, you end up missing out on some really good juju over time. Equipment + control can be triggering for some… some dogs never get to relax into the loving guidance of good leash skills. It’s a cool moment that I get to facilitate over and over with clients. It’s the moment a dog starts to trust and feel safe & the human starts to guide and set examples.
