For the first time ever, I had a client come over and hand-select the pattern, pick out her webbing and hardware choices, and watch while I made two collars and 2 key fobs for her.

If you ever want the experience and are in the area, I can do it again.

This was the pattern she chose and it is a favorite of mine (made it for Kai 2 Christmases ago! Vintage Christmas.

Breaking news!

IWAT workers are threatening a strike unless they are taken to visit Grandmom, Aunt Cyndi, and Uncle Ted.

Supervisor Layla Bug says she will withhold all supervisory tasks until she can visit Grandmom!

QA/QC Officer Kai Puppy says he will not pass a single collar for inspection until a visit to Grandmom is scheduled! He notes she is also very free with the cookies...

We always like to keep our staff of two happy so to avert a strike, the entire IWAT World Headquarters staff is going to visit Grandmom and her crew.

I'll get all orders that are submitted by Friday, Oct 13th, out before the trip. YOu can still place orders but the shipping time will be extended to 3 weeks so we don't disappoint anyone (we will be back Oct 28th). As soon as we are back, both Kai and Layla say they will dedicate 110% to their duties to get new orders out ASAP!

The physical IWAT shop is on the move! We are moving on July 27th and need to pack for the move, so we are pushing the time to mail your order out to 2 weeks. This is starting on July 21, 2023.

We should be up and running by July 31, 2023, and returning our shipping turnaround time to 3-5 days.

Just because I say 2 weeks to ship doesn't mean it will take that long :-) That is a worst-case scenario and I ALWAYS make them as soon as possible after receiving the order, sometimes the same day the order comes in.

Thanks for your patience and feel free to order now and I'll get them done in the order received as soon as I am re-set up!
