🐾 Newbie Alert! 🐾

We want to welcome our newest emergency intake, Walden 🍂❤️

This sweet boy has been spotted and posted as a stray in Ozark for over two years. Surviving on scraps, his giant heart never lost hope. He was successfully trapped by Emergency Rescue Consultancy, and he's now all wags in a warm, comfy foster home!

His smile says it all, and your eyes aren't playing tricks on you - that happy grin is very crooked. We quickly discovered that Walden had been shot in the face several months ago. He received emergency medical attention, and we are looking at options for his jaw. His x-rays are in the comments and we will keep you updated on his care!

Hi! My name is Boone! They say the road to forever is as long as it is winding, but... roads? Who needs roads?! Where WE'RE going, we only need love.

No, your spectacles aren't glitching... I really AM this handsome! I'm back from the future to let you know we're about to have the most paw-fect fur-ever... together! I am a 3-year-old, 60-lb, pibble mix McFly boy! I'm loving, energetic, and a little shy at first... don't make me blush!

My ideal futuristic fur-ever is in a home with a privacy fence (I can climb my way out of shorter fences as fast as I can climb into your heart!). I could also do well in an apartment space-station (hehe) if my paw-son can take me on lots of walks! I am great with other doggos, and with human pups as well! My dinosaur tail is straight out of planet vulcan, so older, sturdy kiddos are best for my love.

I'm crate-trained, potty-trained, and a cosmic dream on a leash! I'm a graduate of the Pups for Parole training program and have all the basic training necessary to make a great co-pilot across the universe! I will need a family willing to continue my training, I sure don't want to forget all that I've learned.

Great things come in small packages, like 33.5 pounds of beauty, smarts and potential! I'm Betsy, a 1-year-old Border Collie mix girl. I may be a bit shy at first, but then I'll give you all the kisses when I feel comfortable with you. I am house and crate trained (although not my favorite place to be). . . and. . .I'm a proud GRADUATE of the Pups for Parole canine training program! I learned lots of manners and some super fun, cool tricks that I love showing off.

I prefer a forever home with dog siblings (will need slow intros) or a family that is home a lot so I can spend most of my time with my dog friends or my loving family. Older, respectful kids are fine. Cats? I've met a few and wasn't super impressed. I might be able to live with them, with supervision.

I will need a home with a privacy fenced yard, and a family who is loving, patient and fully committed to continuing my training. Dogs like me need a job, a purpose, to be fulfilled. I need to work my brain by showing you all my skills or run off lots of young dog energy. There are literally no limits to the greatness I can achieve. I need a partner for life so I can reach my full potential.

Hello, wonderful folks! I'm Royce, a charming 3 year old, 50+ pound Mastiff/Terrier mix with a name as classy as a Rolls-Royce. But hey, I'm no snob – just a good old country boy at heart. Picture me as more of a Jeep and truck kind of guy! 🚙
I'm all about the great outdoors – walks, runs, you name it! I'm still mastering the art of walking on a leash, so I might pull in my excitement, but that just means I'm eager for some exercise. Did I mention I adore chasing bubbles and balls? It's my favorite pastime!
Indoors, I'm a pro – house trained, crate trained, and slowly adjusting to the cozy indoor life. I need slow introductions to other dogs and would be great as an only dog. Sorry, no cats or bunnies for me – I've got a strong prey drive and love chasing small furry critters.
AND guess what?! I'm a Pups for Parole graduate, equipped with all the basic training to make me a fantastic companion.

Our love is going to be vibrant and beautiful, just like the flowers in the Spring. My name is Marigold! I am a gorgeous, 7 month old, Mastiff mix! I am a smaller gal now, but I have a lot of growing to do! I should be a medium sized dog once fully grown. I am already house broken and crate trained! Woohoo! I would do well in a home with other dogs, and kids. I have yet to meet a feline friend, but I’m such a sweetheart, I’m sure we would be fine! I am looking for a home with a fenced in yard for me to grow and explore in. Oh, I also would do best with a doggie friend in my forever home!!! While I love to play with them and toys… I love to snuggle with my humans more! I can’t wait to watch our love bloom!

Hey there! I'm Scooby, a 4-year-old, female mixed breed with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. Weighing in at 65 pounds, I'm a house-trained champ and super comfy in a kennel. I’m also a pro at walks—no pulling, I promise! I love hitting the pavement and exploring the world with my human. "Ruh-roh!" I need to be the star of the show as the only dog in the home. I haven’t met any cats or children, but I think older, respectful kids could be cool. I’m pretty flexible about where I live—house, apartment, or even on the road with a truck driver!

Looking for a tall, handsome, and charming feline who will strut over to you with a scratchy meow and a love for back scratches? I'm Salme, born around December 15, 2020, so I’m in the prime of my feline life. People say I’m very friendly and sweet—independent too—but I think I’m just the perfect balance of charm and chill. I'm a very handsome 13 pound boy with an orange-dappled coat that practically glows when I stretch out in a sunny spot. If you wiggle your fingers or call me, I’ll happily trot over for pets. I’m especially fond of back scratches—those are the best! While I’m not really into being picked up, I’ll tolerate it if you must. Honestly, though, I’d much rather follow you around like the curious companion I am. I get along well with other cats and older kids who know how to treat a dashing feline like me. As I turn the page on my life's story, I am ready for a new beginning. I'm Fletcher, a 58 pound, 6 year old Pit Bull Terrier mix who escaped impending euthanasia thanks to Rescue One! I’m a bit of a shy guy who’s slowly learning to come out of my shell. But now that I’m settling in, I’m starting to play more, especially with my same-sized foster sister. I’m super gentle when I play—no growling or roughhousing, just some open-mouth play and rolling around. I’ll even join in a game of tug-of-war with toys, though I’m not really into playing with toys or chewing bones on my own just yet. I’m housebroken, crate-trained, and good on a leash. A couple of my favorite activities are walks and car rides. I would make a great buddy too!
I’m a bit of an escape artist, so I’ll need a home with a privacy fence since I’ve been known to jump chain-link fences. I love to show off my trick of shaking with both paws. I would love to find a family who has another dog and a couple of kids to play with. Hi! My name is Allie, and loving YOU would be a dream "crumb" true :) I am a 5-year-old, 65-lb, black lab and terrier mixed girl! I have eyes as soft as marshmallow fluff and a heart as warm as fresh-baked cookies. I am a calm, sugary soul who is mannerly and polite. :)

I am the best of both worlds - I will butter you up as your coziest little spoon for comfy days on the couch, and add a little spice to your life with my goofy zoomies in our yard as we play... A paw-fect recipe! I am great with all people and am all grins for new human friends. I haven't met any kiddos yet, but I am so serene, I think I'd love them.

I'm not *just* the prettiest pup-cake in the window, either... I'm brighter than a roll of "smarties", too! I'm a proud graduate of the Pups for Parole Training Program where I learned several commands and earned top marks, acing my way to a diploma! I take myself out to potty through a doggie door, and quiet as a church mouse in my kennel space! I am mostly great on my leash, too, but I can pull for just a couple of minutes at first while getting excited about a new adventure :)

I am good with most dogs, too! I don't like bossy bessies who aren't as polite as I am, but who does?! I can rough-house with submissive goofy youngsters and have tea parties with the ladies and gents of the hour as long as they're nice to me! I would do well as the one and only cherry on top of our fur-ever sundae, too! I haven't met any kitties yet, but I can be cat-tested! My ideal fur-ever candyland will be a house-setting with a fenced-in yard so I can sniff and explore to my heart's content.
