Our puppy adoption fee is $3000, your puppy will come with AKC limited registration, contract with our health guarantee, routine health maintenance, and a lifetime of support from us! Gem x Simon puppies are 3 wks old!! -eyes and ears open -learning to walk -playing with each other and toys🧸 -no longer considered neonates! -phase 2 puppy living quarters They are in the cutest “milk coma” phase. I catch them laying on their backs with round tummies! Gem is an outstanding mama!

Sophie has always loved going on walks, I mean LOVED them to the point of dancing, spinning, and grabbing the leashes and giving them a Westie shake. Going on a walk is the thing Sophie has loved the most in her life...I wanted to share this video of nearly 3yrs ago of how she responds when told she’s going on a walk! It’s the best, it’s when she could hear much better, I wish she could still hear me tell her “we’re going on a walk.” I take her in her stroller now as she settles for that once she’s too tired to go any further, which is not far anymore.

My husband, Tiger and I (Shelly) have been raising West Highland White Terriers since 2008. Our human children are raised, although we continue to have our youngest daughter at home intermittently. She is a college student. Westies are our passion...we specialize in raising healthy, well loved and socialized puppies. Our puppies go home with limited AKC registration, contract agreement/health guarantee, first vaccines, dewormed on schedule, dewclaws removed, puppy pack, and a lifetime of support from your breeder...us!! We are a small in-home breeding program; both my husband and I have careers, we choose to invest our other time in to our westies and raising 1-2 litters/year with our family dogs. Our focus is on breeding to improve the westie breed standard and we carefully plan each litter. We own a total of 4 westies, only 2 of them participate in breeding. Their names are Sophie, Dora, Isa, and Gem. We also own a few other dogs:) All of our westies are females, we breed them with an outside stud that is suitable and balances their traits. Breeding to show dogs or show quality dogs for health, conformation, and personality, which comes with a stud fee for us. All of our dogs are raised in our home as part of our family, sleep in our bed etc…all spoiled & loved very much. We have many references from our previous puppy families that can be furnished to you with their permission upon your request. Our puppy adoption fee is $2500, priced according to our investment in the litter. We require a questionnaire form to be approved if you are interested in adopting one of our babies or would like to be added to our waitlist. We are, of course, very selective as to where our puppies will go; we take seriously the responsibility of ensuring their future & well being. We love to work with families that are current/past westie owners or have a strong background of good dog ownership. FYI-99% of our families have previously owned a westie. We live in Moses Lake, WA on an acre property where we enjoy country living and our westies roam freely to play and run around! We would love to talk to you and answer any questions you may have, we may have a few questions for you as well. We look forward to working with you to assist in adding your next family member to the family!

Once we receive your completed questionnaire and review it, we will notify you if you are approved to adopt a puppy from us by phone or email. This is when your spot is secured on our waitlist to receive a puppy from us. Once our litter is born, if it is decided we have a puppy for you, we will require a $500 deposit to reserve your puppy, then the remaining balance is due the day you pick up your puppy. You will be welcome to visit our home and westies during our selection process. Please email us lots of details about your lifestyle so we get to know you better. Selection phase is when pups are >6weeks old. Please understand our puppies are not selected by your number on waitlist order, they are selected on fitting the puppy’s personality to your family’s life and compatibility.
