I found a spot of sunshine! My human calls me the Sun Shine Girl. But, honestly, I love being outside no matter the weather.

My human says I need to let you all know I'm doing lots better than I was a couple months ago. That was scary, but I had my human and my grand-pup-ma to see me through it. And I'm going to do everything I can to always be out in the sunshine and enjoying every day!

I have been spoiled this week! I had a Wolfenoot Breakfast of pancakes and bacon! And then a Wolfenoot Dinner of Meatloaf, potatoes and carrots. I didn't like the carrots too much, though. Our Wolfenoot was delayed a few days cause my grand-pup-ma was feeling sick. She's better and made great meatloaf!

Humans note: As meatloaf does have onions, a section of hamburger was set aside and cooked for Mouse.

I wanted everyone to know that I'm doing good! My human says I'm "Donut Good!" We had donuts last weekend, and it was tasty!!

I was a very sick pupper a week ago. My human took me to the emergency vet where they shaved my belly and took some pictures of it. They gave me some medicine and my human took me home. I'm doing better now, and I get some really good foods to eat. But I have more medicine to take. And I don't like that part!

Humans note: Mouse's vet office recommended that I take her to the emergency vet because of what was likely blood in her stool. The emergency vet did an ultrasound on her stomach and saw there was a thickening of the stomach and small intestine walls, which could have been caused by an irritation. Previous this, she was taking a couple meds to help with the pain in her back legs. Might have been the medication that caused it, we’ll likely never know for sure. She has been on other medications to help with settling her stomach and things were going well. She is on a bland diet, and this past week, I started adding her kibble to the diet to transition her back over to a regular diet. She got sick again yesterday- only once. So, it’s back to the bland diet and stopping the medication except for what is used to settle her stomach. It’s a day at a time, though she’s acting more her usual self.
