Winter is in full swing and now that the temperatures have dropped, it’s more important than ever to take extra care of your dog. Here are a few tips to keep your furry friend safe and cozy:

Warm Layers – Consider a cozy sweater or jacket for your dog, especially for short-haired breeds.
Paw Protection – Salt and ice can hurt paws, so use paw balm or booties to protect their feet.
Shorter Outdoor Time – Limit outdoor playtime to avoid prolonged exposure to the cold.

Yesterday, we said goodbye to our beloved Sunshine, who has been with us ever since she was left at our Daycamp earlier this year. From the moment she arrived, she quickly became more than just a guest – she became part of our family. Over the past several months, Sunshine has been here with us every single day, spreading joy, love, and an endless supply of tail wags. She’s truly been our mascot, brightening everyone’s day and leaving a mark on every heart she touched. 💛

While we are so incredibly sad to see her go, we’re filled with happiness knowing that Sunshine has found her forever home. She deserves nothing but the best, and we have no doubt that she’ll bring as much love and happiness to her new family as she brought to all of us here at The Pawsh Dog.

Sunshine, we’re going to miss you more than words can say. You’ve left paw prints on our hearts, and we will always cherish the memories of our time with you. As you start this new chapter in your life, we wish you all the love, adventure, and happiness in the world – because you truly deserve it. 💕🐶
