This summer is one of reflection and to focus on a smaller individual volume. It was a very difficult and long decision not to participate in any farmers markets or be a mentor this summer.

Did ya know your can save your veggie scraps and grow your own produce? This is from celery I cut 3 weeks ago!
Cut your stalks as you normally would. Then pull off the outside stalks until it's down to one stem with the center leaves. Keep the root attached and put in a small amount of water until it sprouts. Then plant!

I'm often asked "What got you into bees?"
Answer: plummeting decline in numbers of pollinators, specifically Monarch Butterflies because of their exposure to -icides during their migration...
