In this week's class Squire and I will be solidifying our understanding of the "Sit" & "Down" commands while I'm in different positions.

Why would we want to spend time going back to "basic" commands? You never know what positions you or your dog's future handler may be in and helping your dog become comfortable performing commands regardless of the situation is key.

In this week's class Squire and I work on improving his impulse control and the beginning stages of managing prey drive.

The key to improving these areas with your pup is to start manageable and work your way up in difficulty as they build confidence and success.

If you're following along at home, make sure to have your leash, treats, and a couple of items your puppy shows interest in but is not allowed to have such as a sock, tissue, or paper.
