Slightly Broken inspired by my former foster dog, william philippe, this page focuses on local dogs who need our help. with a little love and support, we can save many! xo judy

william philippe was a young german shepherd found on a Camden street with multiple fractures from being hit by a car. Through four surgeries, and months of therapy and rehab, "wp" remained loving, sweet and gentle to all who met and handled him despite being in terrible pain. william was beautiful inside and out and had an innocent puppy-like spirit that kept him alive and fought to get healthy;

he charmed many with his good looks, vigor for life, and easy-going personality. this page is dedicated to him and all the other "slightly broken" but very wonderful dogs out there who deserve to be saved, just like wp. Can I crash at your place??

Rex has been waiting patiently & it just seems like it never works out for him. He is truly an amazing dog who is just looking for someone to give him a chance. He is only 3 years old. He is neutered and UTD on his vaccines. He walks great on leash & loves when volunteers take him out of the kennel. He bonds very quickly. He loves to give kisses & love to learn new tricks. Though it isn’t a adoption requirement- Rex would be happiest with a family home most of the day & with an active family that likes new adventures!

As most of you know, all the German Shepherd rescues are bursting at the seams. This fun, active boy was losing his home as his owner had to go into assisted living. He is good with people and dogs. Sparky and Dolley are a bonded pair of German Shepherds that are looking for a nice place to call home! Dolley (age 8) is a very outgoing girl who loves to run around. Sparky (age 7) is a handsome boy who is very gentle.
