The Boss: TIFF

The Twins: MARTIN & NILES
Sharp-dressed in their matching tuxedos and each sporting a distinctive black spot on the nose - these two are double trouble in the best way.

The Charmer: FRASIER
With his full white face and sleek tuxedo suit, FRASIER is a smooth talker. He's a lover and total lap cat (they all are).

The Enforcer: ROZ
Don't let her petite frame or tiny white boots fool you - ROZ is tough as nails. She keeps up with her brothers and has the sweetest personality. The only girl in the family, she's got sass, smarts, and snuggles to spare.

All About the Dogs Rescue
URGENT! Today is yet another day that Pluto has no home to which to go. He needs to move now! Please read the post and if you can help and are located in CT, fill out our application: https://www.allaboutthedogsrescue.org/get-involved

Pluto should be all done with his board and train program. He needs to move NOW. We had two applications - one an adoption application and one a foster application - and we had high hopes. The adopters chose another dog (which is great for that dog and not great for Pluto). The fosters decided at the last minute, without even meeting Pluto, that he "probably wouldn't be a good fit." So we and Pluto are STILL stuck with nowhere for him to go.

Pluto CANNOT GO TO BOARDING! Not only would it not be fair to Pluto, and not only would it undo all of the progress he's made in training, but also it is just not financially feasible for our rescue.

He is still with his trainer. However, that stops his trainer from helping another dog. He has limited space, and training is a labor-intensive, time-dependent job - he needs the time and space that Pluto currently is taking up when he no longer needs it!

The thing is this: Pluto is an AWESOME DOG! He did NOT go to a board and train because of serious behavioral issues. He went because he is a strong boy who can be a bit of a "bull in a china shop" when he's excited. In other words, he needed to learn manners!

WELL ... now he's done that. And NOW he needs to be in a home!

Pluto is about 8 years old. He spent a very long time in a large CT pound before coming to us.

Pluto will do best with an active family (he'd love to go on hikes with you!). He is a dog who really needs a fenced yard where he can run around and burn off some energy.

Pluto doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body. When he gets excited he still can be a bit of a "bull in a china shop", but listens well and takes redirection well. His trainer will give his new foster family the guidance they need to be able to provide Pluto with firm leadership as well as lots of love.

Pluto loves people! He craves attention! He will bond with you quickly and you'll have a loyal companion who adores you.

He's a strong boy. Only because of that, he'll need a family with older (teenaged) children if you have children. He could easily knock over little ones.

We are seeking a family for Pluto with experience with bully breed dogs.

Pluto is friendly with other dogs. He has a rough play style and he'd need a dog in the home who could be ok with that. Otherwise, he'd also be thrilled to be your one and only.

Pluto is an amazing dog! He has now had the training he needs to be the best Pluto he can be 🙂 Any family welcoming him into their home and willing to to give him the time an guidance he needs, will be rewarded with a fabulous family member!

URGENT FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED ‼️ Lola went foster-to-adopt just 10 days ago but sadly things aren't working out as the adopters dog is not a fan of her 😞 They need her moved within the next few days and being that our rescue does not have a facility, we are in desperate need of a foster or adopter.

🐾BAMBI is a 3 year old small mixed breed weighing 9lbs. She is a little sweetheart and has been doing great with dogs of all sizes! She loves to play with other dogs and then go to sleep in bed with her person/people.

🐾INDIE is a 3 year old mixed breed gal weighing 12lbs! She is as cute as a button and has the softest coat! If we had to guess her breed mixes, we would think maybe Pomeranian/Chihuahua/Dachshund or somewhere in the size and breed group but we really have no idea!
🐾INDIE is a velcro dog and will insist on following you everywhere, including the bathroom and will try to jump into your lap 🙈 While she would love someone who is home all the time, we know that what she actually needs to learn is self confidence and also taught how to “do nothing”. While she is not destructive when left home alone and not crated, we know she can be an even better version of the little love bug that she is without the fear of missing out!
🐾INDIE is great with dogs of all sizes and good with cats and children as well! She would love a home with another friendly, happy-go-lucky dog to romp around with when she’s not licking your face and trying to crawl into your skin!
🐾INDIE is being fostered in Mystic, CT and is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, negative for heartworm, current on flea/tick/heartworm preventatives and is also microchipped!
