Along with other dogs Gypsy took part in a research project today using her searching skills. The research was
" Natural search patterns of dogs searching for odour".

She searched a very large room independently. What we didn't know was there was no scent in the room, which I did declare. Then we did a second independent search in the same room, now with a scent in it. Both searches were videoed by 2 static cameras and one mobile one, held by one of the researchers. The room was then videoed in a 3 dimensional way.
Very pleased with Gypsy's independent searching & mental stamina

2 days of NNA searching, lots learnt, 2 badges earned on Saturday, none on Sunday but we worked together in syn and won the Enhanced trial. Massive thanks to all the judges on Saturday & Sunday and to the trial managers who give up their time so we can come out to play with our dogs. Don't think Gypsy was thrilled by the photo shoot
