Message from Finder: I came across this dog with a homeless man who did not speak English. I was able to speak to him and bought the doggy food and snacks, which should be enough for a good time, but the gentleman did tell me that it is not his dog, the dog followed him on the streets about a week ago and he decided to keep him/her (not sure of the gender) since he almost got ran over. He would like to find the dogs owner. I do have his information so please share this photo. If you know anyone that is missing a dog that looks like the one in the photo please let me know!🙏
