"El Hogar" Animal Sanctuary is an organization that rescues and recovers victims of animal exploitation, educates on veganism and fight for Animal Rights and against speciesism. Our objective is to be the perfect tool to support animals and fight for their rights, providing general awareness through education and empathy, promoting an ethical change based on scientific and environmental facts. -profit association legally registered in Madrid, Spain, since 2007. We are spreading the anti-speciesist message in other countries and in multiple languages. We have a multispecies animal sanctuary in Spain, the head office of the organization. We define ourselves by offering each individual personalized care according to their particular needs. Animals who are disabled, in their terminal stages, or those with serious consequences as a result of exploitation, will find in this space a place where professional volunteers offer them complete, comprehensive physical and psychological care. Here the peace and freedom, that no-one should ever have stolen, is given back to them. And they are provided with safe surroundings where they can enjoy the rest of their lives without fear of suffering more abuse.
