Tryon Summer 2 is a wrap - it was a hot but successful show for Silver Hill!

🏆Adria & Lauren Copeland’s Whiskey Tango were Champion once again in the USHJA 2’9” Hunters

🏆Adria and Leah Newman’s Wheels Up were Champion in the USHJA Hunter 2’. Leah and Wheelie made their horse show debut and won a class in the Child/Adult Foothills 2’!

🥉KatieMae Sweeney and Alpine Revolution were 3rd in the USHJA National Derby, 🥇won the Governor’s Cup and had top ribbons in the Jr/AO 3’6 Hunters

Mackenzie Levine and Patton were Reserve Champion in the Adult Hunters 3’

Jenn M**h and Makena had great trips and won a class in the Adult Hunters 3’. Makena and Adria were 8th in the USHJA National Derby

Claire Drahzal and Kronos Du Chapitre were Reserve Champion in the Jr/AO 1.10 Jumpers

Makena had a stellar week at Tryon Welcome 3 last weekend. Champion in 2’9” Foothills Hunter with Adria and Reserve Champion (tying points with Champion!) with owner Jenn M**h in the Low Adult Hunter 2’6” 🦄🎉

We had a great 2 weeks in Ocala at HITS with Whiskey and Revi! Adria and Whiskey had great ribbons in the USHJA 2’9” Hunters. Katie Mae Sweeney and Revi had lovely rounds with several good ribbons in their new partnership!

BRCHS Week I - We started the week with Rodney Harkey and Aspenglow putting in fantastic rounds in the Green 3’ division with a 7th in the Stake out of 33

Claire Drahzal and Kronos Du Chapitre were clean in all but one Low/Child Adult Jumper class!

Caldiano and Ava Mason had gorgeous rounds in the Small Jr Hunters, winning a class and 2nd in the Handy out of a very competitive group

Annah Shuping rode Chama so well - when he wasn’t feeling his best, she opted to have him sit out and borrowed MTM Lemme Take a Selfie for the Maclay and NCEA Jr Medal after taking a ride one time (huge thank you to Angela Pollex and Jennifer Taylor). Very proud of her effort and incredible sportsmanship.

Mackenzie Levine and Patton finished 4th in both the Bryan Jones and Ariat Medals out of a huge group. The pair also had very respectable ribbons in a fiercely competitive group of 21 younger 3’ adults, including 3rd in the Classic.

Lauren Copeland’s Whiskey Tango, the all star of the group, started the week winning a class with Skyler Walker in the 2’6 Low Adults out of 32! He and Lauren were Champion in the Long Stirrup Eq on Saturday. He then strutted around in Leadline with Emma Grace White and again in the Grooms class with Matthew Bravo 🦄

Last but certainly not least, we ended the week with Rodney Harkey and Equador winning the 1.30 Russell Hall Memorial Classic. The pair also won a Jr/AO 1.25 class and were 3rd in the classic!

Looking forward to a fabulous (and cooler) Week II 🌟
