Almost a week after the chromium spill on the Vanier Highway happened, the government has finally scheduled a press conference to brief the media today at 11:00am. However, it won’t be live streamed for the public. This is unacceptable.
The actual test results must be made public so we know what levels of chromium they found. Why did it take 2 days to warn the public and begin the clean-up? I will continue to try to push for answers to this question and many others.

Près d'une semaine après le déversement de chrome sur l'autoroute Vanier, le gouvernement a finalement prévu une conférence de presse pour informer les médias aujourd'hui à 11 h. Cependant, celle-ci ne sera pas diffusée en direct pour le public. Cela est inacceptable.
Les résultats réels des tests doivent être rendus publics afin que nous sachions quels niveaux de chrome ont été détectés. Pourquoi a-t-il fallu deux jours pour avertir le public et commencer le nettoyage ? Je continuerai à chercher des réponses à cette question et à bien d'autres.
