We still need fosters for these girls.. they have been split up at the vet and are doing well. We supply everything.

5/24/2024 THEY ARE IN BOARDING AT OUR VET we need to move them 5/29/2024 TO NEW FOSTER HOMES Y'ALL!! ***************5/14/2024 NEW FOSTER NEEDED for these three girls by 5/22..no fault of their own. First foster had family medical emergency, second temp foster is leaving the country*******date of birth 2/23/2024 These precious babies were dumped on the side of highway 6 two weeks ago today at just 6 weeks old. We need fosters for all 3 of these girls .They are in boarding and we really need them to stay together for a while. Please pm this page of you can foster them for us. We supply everything!! 6/5/2024: We lost sweet Starz last night..she is now with her brother again:( just devastated *******5/27/2024 temp foster found**5/27/2024 These two 8 weeks old babies need a FOSTER HOME PLEASE Y'ALL.. they are really tiny for 8 weeks old and have been at our vet since last Thursday they almost got swept into a storm drain..we had been trying to trap them for a couple of days but they wouldn't trap. I heard the meowing and they just happened to be in a corner so they got scooped up instead of being swept down a storm drain. We are begging for a foster for sweet Starz (female calico) and her brother Stripes (beautiful tabby) they look like they may be longer haired babies.. FOSTER NEEDED WE SUPPLY EVERYTHING..pm the page (we want to keep them together for a while please)

We lost the tiny boy Stripes:(

UPDATE WE LOST THE LITTLE BOY STRIPES:( *******UPDATE AS OF 5/28/2024: They are pretty poorly so this afternoon the vet and I decided they would stay with them until next week.. They are precious and so tiny for being 8 weeks old!! Just giving them time to gain some strength etc. Say a few prayers for these sweet babies.

UPDATE AS OF 5/28/2024: They are pretty poorly so this afternoon the vet and I decided they would stay with them until next week.. They are precious and so tiny for being 8 weeks old!! Just giving them time to gain some strength etc. Say a few prayers for these sweet babies.

WE HAVE MADE IT 11 years with no kills for space y'all!! They said it couldn't be done!!****** Happy happy 11 year NOEUTHAVERSARY of adoptable animals in this small animal control TO ALL OF US THAT HAVE MADE THIS POSSIBLE! As you all know this mission of mercy is needed more than ever now. We have had several surgeries and have 7 more scheduled this week and many in the upcoming weeks. I have changed the goal to 11,000.00 in hopes of getting it up to that for our ELEVEN YEARS of no kills for space in this animal control and also all the MANY animals we have helped from surrounding counties. We are a small team but we are mighty~!! All funds go to our vet we are not a nonprofit so cannot give a tax deduction! I POSTED this poem the first month we made it with no kills for space (this is a pound so it is not no kill) All because of small, determined so very loving group of folks.. HERE IS THE POEM and it describes our mission so very well.. It is life by life..breath by breath truly every single day.. there has been many tears/many laughs and much swearing along the way.. Somebody said that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it!
Somebody scoffed: “Oh, you’ll never do that;
At least no one ever has done it;”
But he took off his coat and he took off his hat
And the first thing we knew he’d begun it.
With a lift of his chin and a bit of a grin,
Without any doubting or quiddit,
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it.
There are thousands to tell you it cannot be done,
There are thousands to prophesy failure,
There are thousands to point out to you one by one,
The dangers that wait to assail you.
But just buckle in with a bit of a grin,
Just take off your coat and go to it;
Just start in to sing as you tackle the thing
