Super Snap having fun in last night's class. Makes scent look easy!!
Our August Tricksters! seminar is right around the corner! It takes place on August 25th at 1PM.
We'll be diving into the art of shaping, teaching our dogs to solve problems so they can learn more complex behaviors. This workshop is ideal for tricks and can be great for dogs that need a little more independence in any sport or activity.
Spots are limited, so make sure to grab yours!

It's important to always be prepared when going on an adventure with your pups. Whether that's a walk around the block or on a hike, these are 6 things I can't live without.
1. An 8-12 foot leash gives me enough room to let my dog explore and practice training exercises.
2. My favorite treat pouch - the Doggone Good- has room for all my supplies and extra room for car keys and my wallet.
3. A variety of food rewards - I always want to have something amazing for experienced dogs making good choices (like disengaging from ducks!) or a new puppy just starting.
4. A clicker - Now I don't always choose to click, but I do keep one in my pouch in case I want it. I prefer clicking when teaching things like loose-leash walking.
5. Water - don't leave home without it! Especially in the summer. I like to keep a carabiner on the collapsable bowl to clip it to my pouch.
6. Poop bags - always clean up after your dog!
