Pet-Friendly Hurricane Preparedness: Tips and Strategies

Have a bag specifically for your pets!
- ID tags, rabies tag, leash, harness
- First aid kit
- Vaccine record or health record
- Crate or carrier
- Sanitation: litter box, paper towels, wipes
- Medications
- Food and water: 3 day supply of each
- Picture of you and your pet together (in the event you are separated)

Dr. J needed some nourishment from to fuel her brain before hunkering down for an amazing course on the gut microbiome!

At Vet 2 Door, we LOVE to educate our clients on their options for healthy foods. Over the past few months, we have been exploring the gut microbiome in our patients with difficult cases (extreme itching, IBS symptoms, etc) that would not succumb our go-to remedies. To better understand the “second brain” of the body, we connected with The AnimalBiome Project.

AnimalBiome gives us the ability to identify microbial imbalances that can contribute to poor health - all we need is a f***l sample!
