Rhonda is also an area co-ordinator for Danes in Distress, a Great Dane rescue in Ontario, Canada. Mr. Pickle passed away a couple of weeks after I took this video. The average lifespan of a hamster is between 2 and 3 years, but Mr. Pickle was so well taken care of that he lived 5 years! I hope that Mr. Pickle is foraging, filling his cheeks and napping when it suits hime

Chloe (Calico) and Joshy (Siamese) love this game. I toss their kibble on the floor, banking treats off the floor, baseboards and stairs, and they run after their food. It's a great weight maintenance exercise
