we were at the shelter to pick up a yorkie and they said come we gotta show you some other dogs! I’m like uh oh!! Noooo here we go! Lol. They said well one is definitely a Julie dog.
Omg whe i saw this tiny 3 pounder huddled in the corner of his cage growing i almost lost it! His owner had just dumped him right before i got there! I said yes im not leaving him behind!
Little Man has severe dental disease, huge testicular cancerous tumor, skin infections and scared to death! I hate his owner for allowing this to happen. If only he had gotten neutered he would not have that giant thing dragging on the ground. We will be doing surgery to remove it and will do dental at the same time. The good news is his heart is strong and bloodwork really good. Yay

Molly #A2173060 from East Valley was rescued by The Pepper Foundation! She is a mess to say the least! She would have been euthanized this morning had we not pulled her yesterday afternoon.Shes matted beyond belief with dread locks, soft mass on her belly, severe dental disease, not blind but acts blind, ataxia, arthritic, heart murmur. Please help us continue Helping Rosie. She was the teeny girl we rescued from the Ventura County Animal shelter with a hernia bigger than she was and mammary masses. During the surgery to repair the hernia and remove tumors dr Balfour at ASEC discovered she had enlarged lymph nodes in her abdomen. They came back from the lab as mast cell cancer. We immediately got her to our oncologist dr Oakley in Woodland Hills where she gave us multiple options for treatment. We are going with the most Aggressive treatment plan which will cost approximately $500-$1100 per week! Shes worth it and shes strong enough to handle it! Weve already done an ultrasound of her abdomen and the good news is all of her organs are in tact! No internal cancer . Today was her second round of chemo so far so good. Next week we go in to remove a very small mast cell tumor behind her right armpit. Then will resume chemo treatments a week later.we are not giving up on Rosie!! With all our other major medical doggies we need to continue fundraising. Its amazing how high veterinary costs have climbed in the last year even and how quickly funds disappear. I could see she was dying slowly from a broken heart and she were missing her family

We rescued Justin on his last hour from The East Valley Animal Shelter. Justin is paralyzed from the waist down but gets around great with or without his wheelchair. He is a feisty adorable 10 yr ild terrier still looking for his forever home!
